Assessment and payment terms
To ensure transparency and fairness, please review the following payment terms before booking your assessment:
Assessment vs. Diagnosis
• Payment covers the assessment and feedback process only. A diagnosis will only be provided if clinically appropriate following assessment.
• The purpose of the assessment is to gather relevant information and determine whether diagnostic criteria are met.
Payment Timing
• A non-refundable deposit of 25% will be payable upon booking. Full payment is required prior to the assessment taking place.
• Your booking will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received.
• If full payment is not received by the agreed date, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.
Payment Plans
• Payment plans are available upon request.
• All payment plans must be completed in full before any work begins.
• If you require a payment plan, please contact us to discuss options.
Accepted Payment Methods
• Bank transfer is the preferred method of payment. PayPal is available upon request.
• Details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a refund minus the deposit.
• If, in the unlikely event of your appointment needing to be cancelled or rescheduled by Leap, you will be offered a convenient alternative date, or cancellation and return of deposit if you do not wish to reschedule.
• No refunds will be made after the assessment is completed.
Late Payments
• Late payments may result in delays to your assessment or cancellation of services.
• Repeated late payments may affect eligibility for future payment plans.
