Leap is a nurse-led adult autism assessment service based in the North West of England. We provide professional, confidential assessments designed to support self-understanding and acceptance.

Booking and payment policy.
To ensure transparency and fairness, please review the following payment terms before booking your assessment:
Assessment vs. Diagnosis
Payment covers the assessment process only. A diagnosis is not guaranteed and will only be provided if clinically appropriate following evaluation.
The purpose of the assessment is to gather relevant information and determine whether diagnostic criteria are met.
Payment Timing
A non-refundable deposit of 25% will be payable upon booking. If you are paying via payment plan, deposit amount can be agreed at time of booking. Full payment is required prior to the assessment taking place.
Your booking will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received.
If full payment is not received by the agreed date, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.
Payment Plans
Payment plans are available upon request.
All payment plans must be completed in full before any work begins.
If you require a payment plan, please contact us in advance to discuss options.
Accepted Payment Methods
Bank transfer is the preferred method of payment. PayPal (including Pay in 3 and PayPal credit) is available upon request.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a refund minus the deposit.
If your appointment need to be rescheduled by Leap, you will be offered an alternative date, or cancellation and return of deposit if you do not wish to reschedule.
No refunds will be made after the assessment is completed.
Late Payments
Late payments may result in delays to your assessment or cancellation of services.
Repeated late payments in regards to payment plans may affect eligibility for future payment plans or may result in the postponement of your assessment.
